In Foxgloves today, we were developing counter balance and counter tension into sequence work with apparatus. We followed the “I.D.E.A.” way to develop our sequences so we identified our ideas, decided on which ideas to use, explored our ideas and refined these and then actioned them by practising them and performing the sequence.
